The Little Mermaid
Deep beneath the ocean waves 🎵, in a world of shimmering blues and greens, stood a magnificent palace made of coral and pearls. This was home to the wise Sea King and his six mermaid daughters. The youngest princess was special - with golden hair that floated around her like silk and a voice so beautiful that fish would stop swimming just to listen 🎵.
But what made her truly different was her curiosity. While her sisters were content with ocean life, she constantly wondered about the world above the waves. She would ask endless questions: “What do clouds feel like?” “How warm is the sun?” “What does it mean to dance?”
In the underwater kingdom, mermaids could only visit the surface when they turned fifteen. Each year, the little mermaid watched excitedly as another sister reached this important birthday and returned with amazing stories.
“I saw ships sailing like giant fish!” one sister told her. “I watched the sky change colors as the sun disappeared!” another exclaimed. “I heard humans making wonderful sounds with strange objects,” said a third.
While waiting for her turn, the little mermaid created a special garden. She would sit among flowers, imagining what it would be like to have legs instead of a tail.
Finally, her fifteenth birthday 🎵 arrived! Her grandmother placed a crown of white lilies in her hair and gave her an important warning: “You can look at the human world, but don’t let them see you. It’s safer that way.”
With her heart racing 🎵, the little mermaid swam up 🎵 through the dark water. As she got closer to the surface, everything became brighter and clearer 🎵. Then - splash! She broke through the waves and saw the night sky for the very first time. Stars twinkled above her like diamonds, and she gasped with wonder 🎵.
Nearby, she spotted a ship with colorful flags fluttering in the breeze. music and laughter 🎵 drifted across the water. Swimming closer, she peeked through a window and saw people celebrating a prince’s birthday. He was handsome and kind-looking, with a laugh that made her smile too. She followed the ship for hours, watching him dance and talk with his friends.
